    Delicious sushi. Every single piece was delicate, fresh, and melted in my mouth. Skip the rolls, the nigiri are the real stars of the show. Putting a fresh new shine on authentic standards. (Almost too fresh--I wanted the mackerel to be more salty and fishy.) Their daily sake recommendation was so tasty too--bright and warm without being sweet.Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free options available

    Super Sushi place in Pasadena. The food quality is super high and so are also the prices. I am guessing this is how it is nowadays. I was visiting from Europe and was still surprised how I paid USD for small items and a desert. So if you have something to celebrate where you will not take a second look at the prices... this is ideal for you. Great place, great service and super food quality. Star removed due to the price tag.

    I've lived in Pasadena for over twelve years, but this is the first time I've visited Sushi Enya. The atmosphere is pleasant - the architecture is simple and pleasing - plenty of ambient light, and lots of birch wood decor. The sushi and sashimi were very tasty, and the presentation (see photo) was excellent. Yes, it is somewhat expensive, especially if you're buying alcohol.
